Message: Not a review; but a question.. What would it cost to take in the waist of a pair of khakis? I AM semi-prepared for sticker shock. My only point of reference is that when I lived in Golconda, the woman (with over 50 years experience) that altered my pants and shirts charged $8 to take in the waist and hem the length on three pairs of pants last time I went there. Sadly she passed and I don't know where to go now.

Message: Was looking for a specific sneaker that was out of stock everywhere but this company! They shipped the shoes in a quick time period and answered all my questions over the phone. I'm not local to the business and they were very kind and helpful explaining the shipping process. The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars is because I keep all my shoes in the original boxes I purchase them in, but I couldn't for the shoes I ordered. The person that packed them up did not use a shipping box they just tapped the label and tapped the actual shoe box closed. Shoes were in perfect condition upon arrival just disappointed I had to throw their box away. A simple brown box around the package, or even brown wrapping paper would have solved this problem.
