Message: Don't expect much. Go in only if you know what you want, in what size. Get in, get out.. I wish I could give a half star for 3. 5 stars. I do shop here regularly but it's not for their service. I go in, knowing what I want and in what size. I make sure I don't need any help because the ladies are certainly judgmental and not welcoming but okay, I need the stuff and sometimes it's cheaper or more convenient than online.

Message: Called and made sure they weren’t going to be too busy to assistant us, because we were driving couple of hours away from home. They were very nice on phone, and when I was couple hours late from original time that thought we would make it, they were understanding. We had a great experience with them, my daughters first pointe shoes and they walked us through the try on process and what to expect out of her first pair. We will go back.
