Message: Insensitive saleswoman. did not explain discounts correctly. Spend more time stocking shelves than attending customers.

Message: My beautiful niece and her now husband Jon's wedding way back in March. The pair of heels I had brought (I was over 100 miles from my house) were hunting my feet. This was obviously apparent to my better half as he explained my facial expressions were similar to that of a person whose hand is slammed in a car door. I am not one to take off my shoes at a wedding so Google maps in hand searching for a shoe store along the way to their venue I was directed to old faithful PAYLESS. Keeping in mind I had been warned by mom, dad, sister, the bride and everyone else I had better be on time) I'm not a punctual person which I imagine is obvious to the story now. Sometimes my family members all laugh when we are late (they have even made friendly wagers about it) this was not going to be one of those times. My better half insisted we stop ( he said " I'm not listening to you whine all night about your feet hurting) The girl seeing my outfit, hearing my predicament asked my size and bing, bang, boom heels and out the door. I'm sorry I didn't get her name, but I was so frantic I didn't know my own name. I'm a grown woman, 50 to be exact, but no matter how old I am I know when my mother means business and my niece, her granddaughter, and my little sisters baby girl was getting married and being late could have really caused a problem between us girls so to that lady who so graciously helped me she will never understand just how much she SAVED ME THAT DAY IN MARCH! I forever will remember that day and that way that poor sweet salesgirl (looking at me like I was nuts) helped me to stay in the good grace of "the girls" as my father sweetly callS the four of us. Thanks for your kindness. Kudos on employee selection Payless. Customer gained for life.

Message: Payless ShoeSource is a great spot for one stop, all season footwear. Their selection includes shoes from formal wear styles to heavy winter wear to keep you nice and warm. They also have some really great kid's shoes to choose from as well. They also carry purses and makeup bags etc. The day that I visited they were running a buy two pair and get a third for free special. Their staff was both friendly and more than helpful! As Always, Enjoy!

Message: Love the sales and variety of shoes and sales all the time. Do not like the manager or whoever she is. Older lady with short gray hair. She is not very nice.

Message: We are older customers who have a lot of health problems and are limited with our funds. Since I don’t work anymore I don’t need a lot of shoes. But when I do Payless is my first stop. This store is close to the drs. and hospital so much handier to get to. The help are very kind and helpful since I’m limited in shoulder motion. Keep up the great work.
